The platform has been designed to be intuitive, easy to use, and able to provide operators with all the information and tools they need to perform their work efficiently.

Banca di Asti, a credit institution based in Asti with 137 branches throughout Northern Italy, has commissioned us to design a platform for branch operators. This platform aims to streamline all activities in a more efficient, intuitive, and seamless manner.

A digital ecosystem where all necessary information and tools are readily available for performing daily tasks.

The project was carried out through an initial phase of user research with branch operators and internal workshops, aiming to identify the main perceived pain points and gather insights crucial for defining the new application solution.

We worked on Banca di Asti’s loan and mortgage management processes with the aim of simplifying workflows, reducing errors and freeing operators from continuous, low-value-added tasks in favour of commercial activities.
