We have designed a new workflow for operators branch operators.
The platform has been designed to be intuitive, easy to use, and able to provide operators with all the information and tools they need to perform their work efficiently.
The project was realised through an initial phase of user research with branch operators, internal workshops for a subsequent definition of the new application solution.
We worked on Banca di Asti’s loan and mortgage management processes with the aim of simplifying workflows, reducing errors and freeing operators from continuous, low-value-added tasks in favour of commercial activities.
