Barchetti Group, active since 1924, is one of Italy’s most prominent automotive companies, representing 17 brands with over 40 locations.

We have created a new portal for the sale of used vehicles under the Hey Barchetti sub-brand, with the goal of providing an integrated digital and physical experience. Users can make purchases online or in-store, with flexible options such as in-store pickup or home delivery.

The comparator allows user to compare various features of vehicles, highlighting those most significant to the user and thus accelerating the purchasing decision-making process.

The user has the possibility to request a real-time evaluation and trade-in of his vehicle.

The design of the request process is facilitated by the presence of a status bar organized into four steps, which serves as a guide for the user throughout the entire navigation experience.

This reduces possible frictions during the completion of the flow by limiting input errors.
