Before being able to leverage the platform’s functionalities, each user is guided through an onboarding process which consists of user-friendly and intuitive steps.
During the onboarding process, the information is collected to profile the users and understand their financial goals. Through a detailed analysis of the data provided by the user, the platform can offer targeted and personalized suggestions on financial services that best suit each user’s specific needs.
After completing the initial activities to gather project requirements, we defined the design guidelines. We moved on to conceptual research, which includes developing the Hand-Sketch concept by hand.
