The SaraConMe app aims to increase the conversion rate and to integrate external services, such as Telepass and GuidoBene, within one frictionless system.

A B2C project to redesign the mobile app (SaraConMe) for Sara Assicurazioni users.
Working side by side with Sara Assicurazioni’s Digital team, we redesigned the mobile application by analysing the different ways in which users use it.

The business goal of the project was to provide additional services to existing customers, cross-sell and upsell, and increase engagement and awareness with innovative interaction modes and behaviour-based services.

Together with Sara Assicurazioni’s Digital team, the information architecture of the SaraConMe app was rethought, giving more relevance to the experience rather than the products. The solution is scalable and customised according to the usage of different users.

The app also allows users to keep track of due dates and payments and to manage a claim with the dedicated assistance section.
