The design of the mobile app for ViviBanca agents.

The ViviBanca mobile app aims to support agents with a tool for the management of customer’s paperwork documents such as the evaluation of ATC, the creation and sharing of quotes, and providing a management area for leads.

The redesign of the mobile app began with the definition of the main features and the organization of the information architecture followed by a sketching phase and the creation of a high-level concept.

The purpose of the project was to facilitate ViviBanca agents in the management of practices through the implementation of a sophisticated system of organization and filtering of documentation, ultimately improving the agent-customer relationship.

For a smoother paperwork management, we designed an advanced filtering system that helps the agent to access the desired practice in a few steps. The organization of filters is based on the status of leads, the list of contacts and the time period. Each filter has been assigned a second level of organization so that the user can further improve the search.

The internal token generator of ViviBanca is able to securely and conveniently authorize some operations without the integration of third-party services. The user can generate the new token in an intuitive way by clicking on the Generate token button, waiting for the token to be generated and using the code immediately by copying it directly with the appropriate copy button.
