In Italy, there are approximately 3 to 3.5 million people with disabilities, and if we include all individuals with minor limitations, the number rises to 12.8 million. In this context, the Stanca Act was introduced, promoted by Lucio Stanca, who was the Minister for Innovation and Technology.
