The CIDIMU Institutes Group was founded in Turin in 1982 with the aim of advancing ultrasound diagnostics. With medical centers spread across Piedmont, the group is recognized for introducing EcoDoppler in the region.
CIDIMU has commissioned us to design a new digital platform dedicated to remote patient assistance and interactions among patients and users of the platform, such as doctors and CIDIMU staff.

During the first phase of the project, we analyzed the current user’s customer journey (AS IS) and concurrently studied other players in the market to establish a benchmark. The insights acquired allowed us to outline a new model of the customer journey (TO BE).

The goal of this project phase was to implement the concepts identified in the previous stages creating a feature list based on the research and the ‘Customer Journey To Be’.
Subsequently, the features were enriched with technological information, along with indications regarding effort and implementation priority. Finally, we incorporated them into a project roadmap.
