A completely new mobile experience. The App is transformed from product to service-centric thanks to the addition of new value-added features, which now allow all users to access the entire portfolio of services and products, thus increasing the frequency of use of the App.

The new Findomestic App, thanks to a more contemporary design style and the complete revision of the various sections, allows users to access their favorite services and products in a more immediate way.

Each function is easily accessible, from the possibility of deciding whether to reimburse your current account expenses in 3 or 6 months, to the modification of the method of reimbursement of expenses by credit card up to the possibility of changing or skipping an installment of your loan directly in-app.

Findomestic’s app takes customer assistance to a new level: it provides the user with an up-to-date archive of answers to quickly solve problems on their own, the ability to pin cards in case of loss or find the nearest ATM.

The development of the project saw the Enhancers team and the Client apply the Agile methodology, delivering new features through the different sprints envisaged, according to Findomestic’s business objectives.
