A platform to enrich the web prospect onboarding flow
Illumia, an Italian company operating in the open market of electricity and natural gas, entrusted us with enriching the web prospect onboarding flow and service subscription focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
Enhancers managed the redesign of the public area, the quoting tool, the order entry module, and the contract.
Based on the entry point, the customer fills out a questionnaire to calculate an estimate of his consumption.
The quoting tool allows for single-dual-trial configuration. Within the quoting tool, there’s both an upselling module (during product configuration and within the quoting result phase) and a cross-selling module (during product configuration and after the quoting result phase).
The quoting tool is integrated within the web order entry application as the initial stage of the process.
