From tire specialist to service platform.

RIGOMMA, a historical player in the tire sector, becomes a web platform of services for drivers through the digital transformation project carried out together with Enhancers.

The new platform allows registered users to book tire changes, buy new tires and manage all car services with the convenience of the web, thus adding a new digital channel to the company’s historical presence in the area and the skills of its specialists. Customers can access the services by registering on the platform, choose the desired tires or car-related services, select the payment method and go to one of the 18 shops to carry out the work.

We have made it possible for users to add up to 5 vehicles to their reserved area, offering the possibility of editing the form and saving changes. Users can thus keep track of their tires and mechanical work through the maintenance history, with the added benefit of a notification solution to remind them of appointments, for example. It is also possible to use the seasonal tire storage service at Rigomma’s facilities through the “tire hotel” function.

In the development of the web platform we have integrated the existing management solutions to enable Rigomma to control the tire catalogue and the calendar of each point of sale. Rigomma can thus manage appointment slots and payments online thanks to the integration of a payment gateway.
