The personal area of Sinergas has been completely redesigned following the principles of Human-centered Design, to meet the needs of users in the post-Covid context, where online and mobile solutions are privileged: the new personal area of Sinergas becomes an online helpdesk always available for a fluid and intuitive energy management experience.

The online helpdesk of Sinergas enables customers to send their gas self-reading, to carry out autonomously operations such as transfers, takeovers, new connections and to pay bills by credit card through the integration of a payment gateway.

The web portal also integrates with the new MySinergas mobile app developed by Enhancers, enabling users to seamlessly switch between channels according to their needs. Developed on hybrid technologies that enable efficient development and maintenance, the mobile app is available for iOS and Android.
