With Sella Personal Credit we have completely redesigned the mobile experience, giving rise to new business opportunities and solutions that evolve the service model, with paradigms such as instant-credit for in-store payments.
The new mobile app makes it possible to complete the entire loan application process directly online, thanks to the uploading of identity documents and payroll directly into the app.
The interface of the new Sella Personal Credit app has been designed adopting all UX best practices, simplifying the delicate steps of online subscription. To facilitate the onboarding process and increase conversion rates, more ways of registering users have also been provided, thanks to a proportional approach to data requests.
Thanks to the new Sella Personal Credit app, users can apply for Sella Personal Credit consumer credit and personal loan products and keep their deadline plan under control.
